Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes! We offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 3:00 PM.
Orders placed after this time will be delivered the next business
day. Same-day delivery is available island-wide across Singapore,

Are your luxury branded items authentic?
Absolutely! All our luxury branded items (Dior, Chanel, etc.) are
100% authentic and sourced from authorized distributors and
retailers. We guarantee the authenticity of every product we sell.
Each item comes with its original packaging and manufacturer's
warranty where applicable.
Can I customize my floral arrangement?
Yes! We specialize in fully customizable arrangements. You can
choose your preferred flowers, colors, luxury branded items, and
even add personal messages. Contact us via WhatsApp, phone, or the
contact form with your specific requirements, and our team will
create a bespoke arrangement just for you.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept various payment methods including credit cards (Visa,
Mastercard, AMEX), debit cards, PayNow, and bank transfers. All
payments are processed securely through encrypted payment gateways.
Payment must be confirmed before we process your order for delivery.
How long do your flowers last?
Our fresh flowers typically last 5-7 days with proper care. We
provide care instructions with every delivery. To maximize
longevity: change the water daily, trim stems at an angle, keep away
from direct sunlight and heat sources, and remove any wilted petals.
We only use premium, fresh flowers for all our arrangements.
Do you cater to corporate events and bulk orders?
Yes! We specialize in corporate events, weddings, and bulk orders.
We offer special pricing for large orders and can create consistent
arrangements for your entire event or corporate gifting needs.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?
Orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery
time for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before
delivery may incur a cancellation fee. Same-day orders cannot be
cancelled once confirmed. If you're not satisfied with the quality
upon delivery, please contact us within 24 hours with photos, and
we'll work to resolve the issue.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is confirmed, we'll send you updates via WhatsApp,
email, or SMS. You'll receive notifications when your order is being
